About the Opportunity: Responsible for a new educational project by Vinschool
I. JOB DECRIPTION
1. Parent Journey & Admissions Counselling
• Manage Korean-speaking parent enquiries from first contact through consultation, school tour, application, offer follow-up, deposit and enrolment.
• Provide clear, parent-friendly information on Verta’s positioning, American pathway, admissions process, school readiness, tuition enquiry route and next steps, using approved messaging only.
• Understand each family’s needs, child profile, current school background, language readiness and decision concerns before recommending the appropriate next step.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with families throughout the admissions journey.
2. Visit, Consultation & Event Management
• Coordinate virtual consultations, school tours, Open Days, information sessions and individual parent appointments.
• Prepare in advance for each visiting family to ensure the tour or consultation is relevant, warm and informative.
• Support Meet the Principal sessions, Korean/community briefings, Open Days and school readiness events when required.
• Ensure parent-facing meeting areas, tour routes and admissions materials support a high-quality experience.
3. Korean Community & International Outreach
• Support outreach to Korean parent groups, relocation contacts, corporate HR communities, international family networks and relevant community partners.
• Provide cultural and language insight to help Verta communicate effectively with Korean-speaking families.
• Support translation or adaptation of selected parent-facing admissions materials where required.
• Share insights on Korean/international parent expectations, objections and referral opportunities.
4. Application, CRM & Internal Coordination
• Record accurate and timely information in CRM/lead tracker, including source, stage, next action, family profile, parent concern, appointment outcome and lost reason.
• Support application document collection, assessment scheduling, scholarship interest capture and offer follow-up.
• Cascade relevant information to internal teams such as Academic, Finance, Bus/Admin and Student Support when needed for smooth family onboarding.
• Maintain follow-up discipline and meet agreed response times for enquiries, visits and applications.
5. Marketing Feedback & Market Intelligence
• Provide weekly feedback to Marketing and Digital on lead quality, parent questions, objections, common concerns and campaign/source performance.
• Track competitor comments and community sentiment from Korean/international parent conversations.
• Contribute ideas for Korean/international parent content, FAQs, webinars and community events.
6. Success Indicators
• High-quality parent experience from enquiry to enrolment.
• Strong Korean-speaking and international family engagement.
• Timely follow-up, accurate CRM records and clear next actions for every lead.
• Good conversion from qualified enquiry to consultation, tour, application and offer.
• Useful lead quality and community insight shared with Marketing and Digital teams.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent Korean; good English required. Vietnamese is an advantage.
• Experience in school admissions, education consulting, relocation service, premium customer service, parent-facing sales or community relationship roles.
• Strong communication, listening, service mindset and follow-up discipline.
• Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets/Excel and shared tracking tools.
• Professional, detail-oriented and able to represent a new premium school with confidence, warmth and care.
• Understanding of Korean/international family expectations in Vietnam is an advantage.
