VIN NEXUS CENTER – A HOLISTIC EDUCATION MODEL DESIGNED FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS
Vin Nexus Center is a non-profit special education school model invested in and developed by Vingroup in collaboration with the Vinschool Education System, established to respond to the growing and underserved needs of children with special educational needs in Vietnam.
We provide a safe, compassionate, and purpose-built educational environment where every learner is supported through early identification, multidisciplinary assessment, evidence-based intervention, and personalised learning pathways. Our approach is designed to remove barriers to education and expand equitable opportunities for children and families.
Vin Nexus Center supports learners aged 2–18 years old with:
- Specific Learning Disorders (e.g., Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia)
- Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Levels 1–2
- Mild Intellectual Disabilities
- Developmental Delays
Unlike fragmented, one-off services, our programmes provide continuous, integrated support. Each learner receives an individualised education plan (IEP) grounded in multidisciplinary assessments, aiming to build independence, life skills, academic growth, and social inclusion.
Vision
To become a pioneering model for special education in the region — where every child is supported to develop their unique strengths, participate confidently in society, and live a happy, fulfilling life.
Mission
To create a safe, compassionate, and purpose-built educational environment for children with special needs - one that supports personalized learning journeys and provides comprehensive assessment and targeted intervention. We are committed to meeting each child’s unique needs and empowering them to grow in a natural, sustainable, and meaningful way.

Company History
Vin Nexus Center was founded to respond to the increasing need for structured, inclusive educational services for children with special educational needs in Vietnam. Although still at an early stage of development, the school was conceived with a long-term ambition to contribute meaningfully to the national special education ecosystem.
The school is scheduled to open its first campus in late 2026, welcoming an initial cohort of approximately 150 students, with a plan for gradual and sustainable expansion. Beyond serving learners directly, Vin Nexus Center aims to develop into a model special education school in Vietnam, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration with local authorities to strengthen special education capacity at the community level.
As part of its foundational development, Vin Nexus Center has established a strategic partnership with The New England Center for Children (NECC). This collaboration supports the Center in aligning its educational approach, professional capacity, and operational systems with internationally recognised standards as it moves toward its first opening.
Clinical Services Director – Vin Nexus Center
Build the special education ecosystem you always wished your learners had.
Maybe you’ve had these thoughts before:
- “Every child with special needs is capable of more, if only school, clinical services, and family support were truly aligned.”
“We need a system that is designed for special needs learners from day one, not adapted as an afterthought.”
Vin Nexus Center is the response to these needs: a not-for-profit, dedicated special needs school established by Vingroup, one of Vietnam’s largest corporations, via its social enterprise arm, where clinical services and education are designed as one integrated whole instead of being bolted onto a mainstream model.
We are seeking a Clinical Services Director who:
- Brings an architect’s mindset to systems as well as deep clinical expertise – you want to design how assessment, intervention, and schooling fit together for years to come.
- Is inspired by the vision of building something that does not yet fully exist in Vietnam: a special education school model that can stand as a reference point for world-class quality in SPED.
- Sees clinical excellence as a lever for educational and social change: raising expectations for what special needs students can learn, how families are supported, and how professionals can work together
In this role, you will:
- Shape the allied health clinical framework for special needs learners, and design how ABA, OT/PT, SLT and psychological counselling services connect into one coherent journey for each learner.
- Establish standards, data practices, and supervision systems that make quality sustainable, not dependent on a few individuals.
- Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team who share a commitment to serving special needs children with dignity and competence.
- Work closely with the school’s educational leaders so that our curriculum, classroom design, and school culture truly reflect our learners’ needs.
What we offer
- A compensation package that recognises the weight of your role - competitive and aligned with your expertise, leadership, and the responsibility of shaping a new school.
- A deeply mission-driven environment where clinicians and educators share the same mission: helping special needs learners grow, belong, and thrive over the long term.
- The opportunity to help build a high-impact special education school model that can create lasting social value for children, families, and the wider field in Vietnam.
- A space to grow as a leader and pioneer, with the support of Vingroup and Vinschool’s broader educational ecosystem.
Further details on compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
If you’re ready to use your expertise to build a pioneering special education school model in Vietnam, join us at Vin Nexus Center and shape a legacy that will transform how children with special needs are taught, supported, and understood for years to come.
